A non-refundable deposit of $175 (depending on the vehicle) is required and will be charged to your credit card. Then (full) payment is due day before. $175 will be return once booking is complete (2) DAYS later unless Time overage or Cleaning/smoking/beverage spills fees are assessed. Please clean up after your event.

Not typically. Our rentals have a 4-hour minimum, but in special cases we may be able to accommodate a pickup/drop-off request.

25-30 passenger party buses,  Seating capacity is calculated using a standard 17-inch shuttle seat. Please note that individual body type may affect seating—wide seating needs may count as two passengers.

Yes, interior decorations are allowed as long as they don’t damage the bus. Adhesives such as glue or tape are not permitted—please bring string to hang banners or secure balloons. All decorations must be removed after your rental, or a cleaning fee will apply.

No. Alcohol possession or consumption is strictly prohibited to any one under 21.

The quoted price includes the party bus, driver, standard cleaning fee, and standard fuel cost.  There are additional fees depending on your pick up and drop off destinations. We also provide complimentary  ice and cups for each trip per inventory availability.

All deposits are non-refundable.

Rules & Regulations

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, please review the following policies before your reservation:

Deposit Policy

  • A $175 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your booking.
  • The deposit secures your date and vehicle and will not be refunded if the reservation is canceled or if these rules are violated.

Cleaning & Damage Policy

Additional cleaning or damage fees may be assessed if any of the following occur during your rental:

  • Smoking or vaping inside the vehicle.
  • Excessive spills that require professional cleaning.
  • Excessive trash or failure to remove personal belongings.
  • Damage to the vehicle’s interior or exterior.

Alcohol Policy

  • No alcoholic beverages are permitted if anyone under the age of 21 is present on the bus.
  • The renter is responsible for ensuring all passengers comply with this policy.

Conduct

  • All passengers must behave respectfully and follow the driver’s instructions at all times.
  • Illegal drugs, illegal activities, or disorderly conduct are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the trip without a refund.

Responsibility

  • The individual booking the reservation is responsible for all passengers and any damages, cleaning fees, or policy violations that occur during the rental.
